It was a struggle to get a tank and a burner and it took us 2 weeks for us to get our hot water back and when it was time to find someone I was recommended by my friend and that is where we met Sean and he was awesome he explained what was needed and what needs to be done. He then came once we were set and was very professional and understanding of our situation and he was fast precise and did a great job and recommended what else should be done and for that I am grateful and will always call him when we need him so we will be seeing again. These guys were amazing. I called around 7 pm because my boiler was spitting out tons of soot and needed a cleaning done badly. He came out the next day and banged it out in no time. Absoultly amazing! If you are looking to get any plumbing or hvac work done look no further!! I had an issue with my heat this past winter when it was extrmly cold. Not only did sean answer my call immediately he was able to come the next day! He is efficient, clean, uncomparable quality and you can't beat his pricing!!

My parents needed someone to take a look at their fridge ice maker and some faucet leaks. Last December our furnace stopped working during a terrible cold snap. We had no heat leading up to Christmas. Sean was recommended to me by a good friend. He came over and figured out it was the ignitor and that the flame wasn’t staying on. He quickly assessed the problem and ordered parts. He did all that he could to get it done quickly. When the parts came in he immediately came to my house even though it was after hours and worked hard in the freezing cold to get heat for my family. He literally saved Christmas. We have used him a few times since to deal with a frozen pipe that burst and a toilet plumbing issue. I will have him come do our yearly furnace cleaning this year as well. Not only is he great at what he does and extremely knowledgeable, he is a kind and decent guy who just wants the best for his customers. I would recommend Sean and Phoenix Mechanical to any of my friends and family that are having problems with HVAC or plumbing.

My AC went down and Sean came out right away to diagnose the issue. He ended up replacing both my air handler and condenser, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. TL;DR - Highly recommend Sean!! Honest, reliable, reasonable and great at what he does! I called Sean on the recommendation of someone, and I have zero regrets. I called and explained my situation with my very OLD (49 years) furnace. He came out the same day! It was smoking bad and couldn't be used. Come to find out; It was in need of a desperate cleaning. Throughout the process, also realized who we were getting oil from previously was using "sludgy, dirty" oil and my filters were gross too. Sean was diligent, thorough, honest and handled it easily. My set up is old and not easy to work around, and he made it seem effortless. We now know we need to replace our furnace ASAP - but Sean was able to get us up n running safely and bought us more time, and should get us through the winter before having to replace it. He educated us on every step he took and explained why things were the way they were and how to prevent it in the future. From the beginning to the end, he was nothing but professional, on time, precise, and most importantly, compassionate. We are an elderly family who are disabled and cannot tolerate extreme temperatures.
